The Case for Goregaon

Goregaon East, particularly the Nirlon Knowledge Park and NESCO IT Park cluster, has matured significantly over the past decade. It attracts tech companies, media businesses, and mid-size enterprises that need larger floor plates at prices that make operational sense.

Building quality: Grade A buildings in NESCO and Nirlon parks. Modern infrastructure, ample parking, and campus-style environments that are hard to find in BKC.
